I live for the weekends. Not because it's a break from the hectic nine to five (oh, who am I kidding? It's NEVER just nine to five), but because it's a chance to throw myself into some time consuming activities that I don't get to do once Monday rolls around. Getting out and getting in touch with Mother Nature is good for the mind, body and soul. Outdoor recreation is a terrific way to have fun and get some exercise at the same time. Green Living Ideas has a great article about eco-friendly outdoor activities. Check it out and then get out and do something!!!
